Similar to the early bird, people with insomnia sleeping disorder often wake up early in the morning. Both of them are also do not go back to bed. While early birds will prepare themselves to face that day, planning their day, feels energized because they are fresh in the morning and ready to work hard during that day, people with seeping disorder will also find that it is difficult for them to go back to sleep.
Unfortunately, they just do nothing. This early-morning awakening just led them to a period of time when they just lying in bed without being able to do anything.
